I was wondering if there was anyway to create a collection by selecting individual files within a project/existing collection? Currently I can only create a collection by including all the files from an existing collection rather than specifically selecting the appropriate files. Thanks

Hi Yana,
If you go the collection page (for example, https://workbench.pirca.arvadosapi.com/collections/pirca-4zz18-8rc348uxr04j3hs) there should be check boxes on the left next to each file. Select the files that you want, then click on the “Selection…” button and choose “Create new collection with selected files”.
