The Arvados team is pleased to announce Arvados 2.0.4. This is primarily a bug fix release. Existing installations of 2.0.3 should upgrade if they will benefit from the changes described below. See Upgrading Arvados for upgrade instructions.
New features
When arvados-dispatch-cloud
creates a virtual machine for use as a compute node on Azure, the resource group of the virtual network can now be different from the resource group in which the virtual machine will be created.
Bugs fixed
Fix dry-run bugs in arv-federation-migrate
. Correctly set first name and last name of migrated users. Add option for objects to be migrated directly to user home project and not a subproject.
Fix Workbench sharing dialog problems when LoginCluster
feature is enabled (both versions). Fix incorrectly forwarded federated list queries in Controller. Tweak link validation in the API server to allow granting permissions to remote users.
Thank you for your support,
The Arvados Team
